April Fools swim workout

A fun swim last night...it went something like this:

20 x 50 free with fins and paddles as:

4 drill, 1 build
2 drill, 3 descending 1-3
3 drill, 2 build
1 drill, 4 descending 1-4

300 metres free - pull
8 x 50 on 55 seconds - free
300 metres free - pull
8 x 50 on 55 seconds - free ** I wasn't up for the 2nd round so just did regular, easy free

600 cool down - double arm back, catchup fly, choice, back etc.

I'm moving to a new place!! The boyfriend and I have rented ourselves a sweet townhouse right on a golf course. There are plenty of bedrooms, a lovely spacious kitchen, and even a couple of fireplaces! I'll start moving next week and we should be all settled in for May. I can't wait, this new place is truly home sweet home!!!
